Please read these Terms and Conditions of use ("terms") Carefully before using HOLIDAY2GREECE.COM(the "site") By using the site, you signify your binding agreement to these terms. Holiday2Greece and its affiliates (collectively, "HOLIDAY2GREECE.COM") reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions or all of these terms at any time. Please check these terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the site following the posting of changes to these terms (including the site's Privacy/Policy) constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes.

The Intellectual Property is governed and protected by Greece and worldwide copyright, brand and/or other intellectual property laws and treaty provisions, privacy and publicity laws, and communications regulations and statutes. APPLICABLE LAW MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL BE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

INTERNATIONAL USE

Additional terms and conditions may apply to reservations, purchases of goods and services or requests to purchase, use of software, and other uses of portions of the Site, and you agree to abide by all other applicable terms and conditions, including, but not limited to, paying all amounts owed on a timely basis and complying with all rules and restrictions regarding availability of fares, products, programs or services and use of software. You are responsible to read any fare or rate rules that apply to your purchase and agree to be entirely responsible for all charges, fees, penalties, duties, taxes and assessments that result from your use of the Site. If the fare or rate rules are not available or you don't understand them, contact Holiday2Greece Customer Service.

No reservation is guaranteed until ticketed or confirmed. Your reservation will not be processed until your credit card billing address has been verified; if it cannot be verified through the proper channels, you will be notified by any means available to Holiday2Greece within (24-48) hours.

In most cases, the ticketing process begins within a few minutes of the time you submit your reservation purchase. If you submit a reservation in error, you must contact Holiday2Greece Customer Service immediately; you will be held responsible for any applicable service, processing, or cancellation fees, and/or any applicable penalties or fees assessed by an authorized distributor. If you provide an inaccurate credit card billing address, there may be a delay in processing your itinerary. This may result in a change in your fare or loss of product or service availability.

Credit cards will be accepted under the following conditions only:
* The purchase is subject to credit card approval by the issuing bank or institution.
* The credit card will be processed for bookings by a in-person transaction and either by phone correspondence or email.
* The credit card and billing address must be verifiable through our computer system or by calling the issuing bank.

We accept the following types of credit cards:

Holiday2Greece and its providers are not responsible for (i) any change in fare or any other charges related to a credit or debit card that is declined by the issuing institution or a travel vendor; or (ii) any transaction that is declined if, for any reason, the credit card billing address cannot be verified in a timely manner.

Special airline meal or service requests are not guaranteed and are subject to availability and airline policies. You must contact the airline directly to verify availability of required services such as a wheelchair, supplemental oxygen, etc. You must contact the airline directly or our Travel Professionals to verify restrictions, policies or guidelines and additional fees or charges for any travel permitted by minor children unaccompanied by an adult companion.

Specific car and hotel types and special requests are not guaranteed and are subject to availability and to the policies of the car rental agencies or hotels. You must contact the individual service provider to verify your desired product or service directly.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations made by guests (during the period before arrival as shown below), we will withhold the following amounts:

* Cancellation up to 8 weeks before arrival : 0 % charge
* Cancellation from 8 to 6 weeks before arrival : 25 % charge
* Cancellation from 6 to 4 weeks before arrival : 50 % charge
* Cancellation from 4 to 2 weeks before arrival : 75 % charge
* Cancellation less than 2 weeks before arrival and non show : 100 % charge

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the of Greece, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these terms shall be filed only in the courts located in Heraklion Crete Greece, and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action. If any provision of these terms shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
